How to Set Up One PM with Multiple Assets, That All Require the Same Preventive Maintenance:

Note: Newly added to the PM Master is an option to create a Multi-Asset PM Work Order

1. First, in the PM Master screen, list all the assets in the grid that you want to trigger the PM.
2. Enter the procedures and any parts if required for the PM.
3. Set the frequency. (weekly, monthly, etc.)
4. Set the due date for the PM Work Order. (Hint: If this PM takes a considerable amount of time for each asset, remember to set the trigger far enough in advance so that all the assets will have their PM completed on time).
5. Place a check in the Create Single Multi-Asset Work Order check box.
6. Click Save.
7. When the PM triggers, only one PM will generate for all the assets listed on the PM Master.
8. If you choose to print the PM Work Order, only one will print for all of the assets.
