How Come I Cannot See All the Screens in eRPortal?

Adjusting Screen Settings:

  1. Check the bottom right corner of Internet Explorer for the Zoom Percentage.
  2. Set the Zoom Percentage to 100%.
  3. Next, Check the Screen Resolution on your Monitor.
  4. The optimal screen resolution is 1024 X 768.
  5. This does vary by monitor and you may have to try different settings to get the best possible view.

Setting ActiveX Controls:

  2. To set the ActiveX Controls, Click the Tools menu in Internet Explorer.
  3. Under Tools, click on Internet Options.
  4. In the Internet Options menu, Click on the Security Tab. Then Click on Custom Level.
  5. In the list, scroll to the ActiveX Control options.
  6. Leave "Only allow approved domains to use ActiveX without prompt" Disabled.
  7. Change all remaining ActiveX controls to "Enabled".

Why Can't I See All the Screens in eRPortal?:

Note:  This is usually due to certain settings in Internet Explorer that may need to be revised.  If you do not see the following settings, then someone with administrative rights will have to adjust them.  (Remember to click OK in each screen after completing the changes.)

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools in the menu bar.
  3. Be sure Pop-blocker is turned off.
  4. Under Tools/Internet Options/Security Tab:  Set Zone to Local Intranet.
  5. Under the Security Tab, Click Sites/Advanced: Add URL for eRPortal Website to zone.
  6. Uncheck "Require Server Verification (https:) for all sites in zone".
  7. Save & Apply.   Also, be sure to set your Active X Controls as well.
